Very professional. Ken sent me an email with instructions on how to care for the beetles as well as great insight on preparing skulls. There is no guesswork here, Ken takes outstanding care of both his customers and his beetles.
Excellent service, sends lots of resources with purchase - very knowledgeable and helpful. Also all my beetles arrived quickly and healthy (even though we live in Canada and we got them in the winter)!
