My wife and I decided to downsize from a previous home, Matt was instrumental in helping us to do this. It was a fairly lengthy procedure but Matt guided us through the whole process. Thanks to Matt and his team at Kode we now have a lovely home to spend our retiring years in comfort. Everything was provided, all we had to do was move our furniture in and start enjoying
We have been dealing with Kode Living for the better part of 3 years. Matt and the team have been a fantastic partner in Utility implementation with there overall solution. The integration to there solution not only is a huge plus for our business, but a wonderful way to show there clients a cost effective way to reduce there utilities costs on a monthly basis. From our perspective it has been rolled out with the right intention which no doubt is why they have client loyalty.

This has been a very good experience. Having not had any prior knowledge of building a new home, the team at Kode living helped us navigate through the process smoothly. The team at Kode Living were amazing. It was a difficult time to build a home (Covid) with drawn out council delays, but all through the process we were kept informed with emails, photos, etc. Very happy with our investment!
