My wife and I decided to downsize from a previous home, Matt was instrumental in helping us to do this. It was a fairly lengthy procedure but Matt guided us through the whole process. We have been dealing with Kode Living for the better part of 3 years. Matt and the team have been a fantastic partner in Utility implementation with there overall solution. The integration to there solution not only is a huge plus for our business, but a wonderful way to show there clients a cost effective way to reduce there utilities costs on a monthly basis. From our perspective it has been rolled out with the right intention which no doubt is why they have client loyalty.
