Based on my experience, KODE is another door-to-door roofing company chasing business after the storms. I can't speak to their quality as a roofer but only on their overly aggressive sales tactics. In fact, they even told me that roofing is not their specialty but that their expertise lies with taking jobs that involve insurance. That's fine if you want to play that game with the contractor. Terrible from the top to the bottom. Hired to replace roof/soffit/fascia on my home. Agreed all rotten and damaged wood would be replaced, several areas of rotten plywood and majority of damaged fascia was left on my home. Majority of fascia is crooked and jagged due to not replacing wood, looks horrible. Started the project 8/20/25 and did not finish until 11/17/25. Started without having all materials.
