Misti is an experienced pro at what she does but on top of that , she is just a really sweet , fun an kind person. I have really grown to appreciate her so much over the years. You can't go wrong with Misti and probably will gain a friend.

Very pleased with working with Dave Kolar and his team at KODE Construction. We just replaced our tile roof in Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach, and from start to finish their team was prompt, professional, and super easy to work with. They also had the best pricing. One of the owners is a devout Christian who is local to this area, and was always onsite to make sure everything was being knocked out by our deadline. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing at walking you through a tough time to an excellent outcome. I went in knowing nothing and they have gone above and beyond. Andrew was amazing with his availability to answer questions and Julianne was so personable and lovely to work with on the finite details of products and working with insurance. I couldn’t be happier and plan to use Kode in the near future for upgrading the house and property. I am excited to kick that off!
