Brian Densmore (owner) runs a tight ship. Pleasant to deal with and work was done properly and in a timely manner. Shout out to Julianne (office admin) who was very helpful and super friendly. Two thumbs up 👍👍
KODE Construction Services replaced my concrete tile roof including minor decking and soffit repairs. From the bid to completion of the work I was extremely pleased. Owner David Koler was readily available via his cell phone-and was here in person if necessary. After completion, I got a wind mitigation inspection that saved me 20% on my home owners’ insurance premium- Very reputable contractor.
After hurricane Helene I was extremely reluctant to hire just any contractor, often feeling like so many shady people/contractors were trying to talk me into letting them work on my home, Kode came highly recommended by a very trusted source. I signed a contract with Kode (Brian). The Kode team (Brian, Stephen, Dustin, Julianne) are making me feel like I can finally come up for air, after signing with them! I have received calls from "Matt with Kode Roofing and Construction" which seems like a telemarketer. In less than 2 minutes, it's a call that my phone mutes, a hang up, then another call that makes it through and rings several times, then a voicemail, immediately followed by a lengthy text... It's all so fast and seamless that it seems like a robocall/text.
