Overall, they're good. They allow you to take the car for a pre purchase inspection, which is awesome. The downside to the purchase was: Their tech forgot to put back the bolts holding the exhaust clamp, which is causing an exhaust leak/vibrations. Their tech used generic ATF on a DSG transmission, which is a terrible idea.
