Great gym location with very nice equipment! Their staff super friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Catherine the coach is top notch, very well communicative! Visit them and get good workout going
I recently attended this gym's Hyrox simulation event. The event was extremely well organized, the staff were super helpful, and the event was free to non-members such as myself! The facilities were awesome! I really appreciated the hospitality and graciousness of the Koda team. Thanks for putting on such a cool event!
I registered for the June 7th Hyrox Simulation and had a blast! Kevin emailed me confirming I was good to come in after my early morning coaching and gave me my heat time which came in handy. Everything was set up ergonomically so it was quite straightforward where you had to go to do each station - not an easy thing to do.
