Dropped in while I was in town for work - loved the programming (which they do in-house) and the welcoming nature of the community. The gym is HUGE and they run effective, efficient classes throughout their space. The owner, Kevin, is not only an amazing Games athlete and coach, but a kind and heartfelt human who wants to see everyone succeed. I’d drop in again next time I’m in the area FOR SURE!
I only have gratitude for the folks at Koda. I'm new to CrossFit and can tell you that no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, Koda will encourage you and seriously help you to start (if necessary) and keep moving forward. I really really wish I had jumped in sooner... So please learn from my own regrets and come try it out.
