My wife and I have been looking for a new Crossfit gyms since we left our previous one, Koda has better prices than many others we looked at and beyond that the coaches and members are super welcoming and supportive. I was a level 2 Crossfit coach at my last gym so programming is important to me, Koda has very balanced programming, infinite scaling options and the gym is massive more than enough space to accommodate multiple classes. Highly recommend! I used to think that CrossFit was way too prone to injury, but everyone here is really nice and they work you up to the big exercises. Anyone from children to 90 years old would fit in here and the staff works tirelessly to make sure there are a ton of time options and everyone gets individual attention in addition to the fun team environment!

Incredible gym. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and the programming is excellent.
