If I continued with Dr Koczywas I would be dead. Uncaring, ignorant, lazy and rude. Thank god I did not listen to her. Eleven years cancer free after having been heavily treated by her to no avail. I left her with recurrent lung cancer. I am cured now by caring, resourceful, inquisitive and thoughtful doctors. Run.
This doctor was rude to my mom on the day she told her she would not be receiving any more treatment for her lung cancer and would be going on hospice care. Can you imagine an oncologist at a place called city of hope being mean and impatient with someone for not wanting to accept that they’re dying? This doctor is a disgrace and should quit the field. It will haunt me forever that my mom came home not only in despair she would be dying, but feeling like she was talked down to and ignored. Really disgusting.
