Despite having been listed as my primary care provider by my health insurance, I was recently informed that I was not a patient, could not schedule an appointment and could not speak to a doctor. Never been to a clinic that was so RUDE!! The front end staff need to be trained on how to talk to patients. Because Even killing them with kindness didn't seem to help! And god for bid if you have a question they respond back rudely and make you feel like an idiot for even asking or like you even being there is bothering them! The ONLY woman I really like there was PAM! I'm just sorry I won't be returning. Maybe if they hire all new staff but until then no thank you!
