Driving up to Omaha from Arkansas, we (2 old ladies 😁) ran out of gas. Called Auburn car repair shops and had no luck except for a recommendation to call Bill at Koch’s in Dawson. That Bill is one heck of a guy! He was kind and reassuring on the phone and showed up so quickly and got us back on the road. What service and with a smile! We love Bill.
Great customer service and got me back on the road quickly. Had a bad truck tire while pulling a travel trailer. They got it fixed pretty quick and were very kind to us the whole time.
