I brought my daughter in for a consultation. The staff was very welcoming and Dr. Kochenour was friendly and great with my daughter. They took images of my daughter’s teeth and Dr. Kochenour recommended having 4 adult teeth removed before starting any sort of treatment plan due to severe crowded in the lower teeth. Not enough good things can be said about Dr. Kochenour & his office. We have never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes before the appointment started, and the "bedside manner" from Dr. Kochenour to his dental assistants is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.
Great staff! Everyone was so friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. They even took time to explain things to her as well and asked if she had any questions. Bedside manner was overall excellent!
From the moment you walk in your greeted with a friendly smile. Very positive vibe and Dr and staff were very professional,my daughter can’t wait to start the process for her braces. We feel very confident in Dr. Kochenour work.Will definitely refer him to friends and family.
