Danielle was extremely helpful with securing and mailing us parts for a 40 year old Karcher HDS 1210 pressure washer. It is refreshing to have businesses like the Kochels available and knowledgeable on parts and service for all the brands that they represent.
Danielle helped me troubleshoot a Karcher K5 that I purchased elsewhere. Friendly advice!
This is the go to place for equipment and repairs. We have never had any issues with the service or sales departments.
