Hands down the worst firm I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I have documented being flat out lied to by them multiple times,as recently as two weeks ago.Will be so glad when I can finally be done with them.
Thank you for all that you doing. Some times things are not so simple or black and white. In their field that not only deal with the families but the government. It may take longer than anticipated. But when dealing with the government there is no time frame as a family we need to remember they are humans as well. They take pride in the service they provide. Keep up the great work that you do.
