They did great job on framing of this jersey
Put $200 down and a order for a jersey. Was told it would be ready by Friday, when came to pick it up before heading to Cleveland for Cavs game 3 days after it was due to be ready , I was told they had forgot and did not finish the custom jersey! Very upset, very unprofessional, very unorganized, very bad service!! Now my family and I have to hope we can find a authentic jersey in Cleveland last minute and still make it to the game on time.
I went in for a helmet and was helped promptly. The association helped with picking my son's facemask, put his visor on the helmet, and directed me to the mouth pieces. Over all a great experience and we love Koch's and have been shopping here for years.
Our basketball uniforms and shooting shirts turned out great and Eric was great to work with and very helpful.
Brought in a jesery I bought at another store to have it emborderd and everyone was nice and helpful and it was done way sooner than I expected. Great experience all arround!
