Nury Ortiz, has the most condescending attitude, convinced she is the reason my issue was not resolved on a manufacturer recall issue. No issues with anyone else there. Evry1 is courteous & helpful in every way.
I had my Lexus Rx350 serviced there on 2/28/2026. The service Dept. did a great job. My service advisor did a great job.
Always great customer service. Lobby is inviting with vending machines, warm beverages and bottled water. Tables for eating or cushioned seats with side tray for laptops.

I was in and out in under 15 minutes — which immediately raised a red flag. A proper oil change should take longer, especially if it's being done thoroughly with even the most basic checks.
