I recently brought my vehicle to Koch Toyota for an oil change and was told it was done before I had even settled into the waiting room. I was in and out in under 15 minutes — which immediately raised a red flag. A proper oil change should take longer, especially if it's being done thoroughly with even the most basic checks. I’ve purchased at least 2 Toyota Tacomas from this Dealership and have had ALL my service maintenance done here. Due to work and residence locations, I had a few really bad service at another dealership location in Worcester that involved the corporate office to step in on my behalf. I immediately returned back to this dealership in Lancaster and what was I thinking going else prior???
