Called for service on my leaking well cap. I explained the issue over the phone and they said, "Yes, we can fix that." So I setup an appointment. When the guy gets to my house I show him the leaking well cap and my questions were, "Is it supposed to do that? How does it need to be fixed?" His exact answer was, "I don't know".
