I got my braces over 15 years ago?! 16, 17 maybe?? They put in a permanent wire retainer in my bottom teeth that recently had a problem and even with all new staff, they welcomed me in and did the repairs for free and were so nice about it. I greatly appreciated this long-term respect of customers and highly recommend the new orthodontist! He was so nice.
My permanent retainer came loose after several years. They were able to get me in quickly for repair and did a great job! I highly recommend Koch Orthodontics!
Dr Koch was honest about my Invisalign journey from the beginning, and thanks to his direction I finished early! Tamara at the front desk always has a smile on her face and makes it feel more than welcoming walking into every appointment. They are wonderful! I recently moved to the area and found them online and am so glad I did! Dr. Ryan was awesome- set very realistic expectations of my treatment and made the process a breeze. Tamara at the front desk was also wonderful- so kind and accommodating and always let me know how long appointments were expected to take so I could plan accordingly. All of the staff was always very friendly and you can tell they all enjoy being there! I would absolutely recommend them
