Bought a 2026 Bronco Badlands from DK Ford, sister dealer ship to Kosh. Love it and in the process of personalization of it. TY Yuschyshyn with Kosh accessories has answered 100 emails from me and helped me get started on my journey. Giving me lots of options and suggestions on fit, finish and cost. If Ford does not offer what I want he finds good aftermarket options. So far I have done a ford bull bar on the front and Morimoto 4Banger HXB Pillar lights. Sales department is lovely. Service however needs a new manager. They have started charging for stupid things that used to be covered and included. But you can bet that if the same thing happens to your car while they have it, they won’t do anything for you. Very very very pushy, almost scammer level of pushy when they try to sell you on services that you don’t need on a 4 year lease. Super predatory and it makes me not want to get my vehicle serviced there. Nothing but an extreme disappointment.
UPDATE*** Not sure what to do anymore, bought a Mkc in 2020 and the back lift gate and all 4 doors have bubbling paint and rust spots. Yet ive bought 5 ford trucks from Dk Leduc and have many fords in our fleet and have not had 1 rust issue. Why such a difference in quality of vehicles... Update* 2019 MKC with 113,000kms, parked in garage. We brought the car in for the doors having rust spots and transmission bumping, told they would cover 30% so our total would be $14,000.00 Sent in prior for service and other defects only ... read more
Extremely disappointing experience with Andres at Koch Lincoln. I came to the dealership as a serious customer interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle and wanted to complete a test drive. I was led to believe the test drive would happen, but after taking the time to come to the dealership, it did not happen and this was not properly communicated to me beforehand.
