Koch Construction did a thorough job on our roof installation and replaced two skylights. Their team was very efficient and cleaned up very well after the day’s ends.
Made repairs to the roof as need and left no mess. The worker was polite and explained everything he had done to complete the project.
My husband and I have hired Koch Konstruction many times, including replacing home roof twice, replacing shed roof, installing storm door, and miscellaneous home repair work on soffitts, etc. We have always been pleased with the work they've done for us. It has been a pleasure doing business with Paul, the owner. He takes time to come to the home and explain details and answer questions. Brandy, the lady who answers company phone, is always very cordial and helpful. We highly recommend Koch Konstruction.
Received a prompt visit after contacting them, at which time the leak was assessed and documented. Charge was reasonable and the repairs occurred before the interior experienced the additional damage. Recommended without reservation.
Great job! I had storm damage with shingles blown off and when they came out to tarp it I told them I had shingles left over and he said he could fix the roof immediately and I didn't even have to go through insurance after all. He was soaked to the bone since it had been raining and I really appreciated the work he did.
