I had questions concerning a bill. I had just paid a bill, usually we pay at the time of our visit. I got to my appointment and the receptionist said I owed another 30 dollars. I told her I don't see how because we just paid a bill, and I haven't been there in a very long time. Aetna says I owe nothing. I have been trying to get an appointment at this office for a month and a half and no one will return my calls or email. The office staff is rude every time I call. I don't know why they say they want new patients when they can't even return a phone call. Terrible service!
He is a very caring and sympathetic doctor. He is very understanding. He listens to your concerns and carefully makes a plan and includes you in the process.
