Koch Indoor Weather is fantastic! My furnace recently conked out during freezing weather and their technician Nate was able to come out quickly and got us back up and running fast, before the house got too cold. We've been using Koch for over 15 years for spring and fall maintenance on our furnace and AC and our entire HOA is now doing the same. I strongly recommend them for their consistently friendly service and fair pricing.
8 years ago Koch's replaced our furnace. We paid for a high efficiency Carrier. It is not working. I was told it stopped working because it was installed improperly. A hose was not connected properly. Bugs got into the unit. Another setting was set up too high possibly damaging the unit. A $4000 purchase and a shotty install.
We wholeheartedly recommend Koch Indoor for their exceptional HVAC services. They have consistently provided outstanding service for both our home and workplace. Nate, in particular, has demonstrated unwavering honesty and reliability in all our interactions.
John went above and beyond to help replace my furnace i needed to have work behind my furnace. John came and took out old furnace had to wait until work behind furnace was completed then come back and install new furnace no additional charge for coming second time . would definitely recommend Koch indoor weather!
