After another company failed to deliver my Mother’s Day flowers on time, I called Koch Florist at the very last minute hoping for a miracle and they absolutely delivered. They quickly created and delivered a beautiful bouquet for my mother with almost no notice. Scammers! Be careful. My relatives ordered flowers for me from this place and paid nearly $80 for what they called a “luxury” arrangement. In reality, it was just three roses, three carnations, and some greenery. Customer service was completely unable to resolve the issue. My aunt asked several times what resolution they could offer and requested that they send the correct bouquet, but the agent simply remained silent on the phone. Extremely disappointing.
My daughter sent these to me, and they are amazing, magnificent actually. I will have to start using them myself. I had to ask her what this arrangement cost so when I order, I’ll know what to ask for. This was about $100 she said with tax and tip. Incredible!!!
My husband always orders flowers for me at this florist. They always do beautiful arrangements and what I love is that they remove the.thorns from the roses. I'm am grateful for that. I will keep posting photos of the arrangements they have made for me. Thank you Koch for the lovely job you do. Elizabeth & Miguel 😀
