I never write reviews but I really felt it was appropriate to voice how wonderful EVERYONE at Koch Eye PVD has been every single time I've stepped foot or called into that office. I switched from my eye doctor of 15 years because of reoccurring bad experiences in recent years. I had begun to feel like a number instead of a patient with a name. Doc was great. Very knowledgeable, personable, friendly. So my eyeglass exam was great. Doc stated it would be $40 for contact lense exam which I could come back again to get that done (bc I wasn't prepared for extra fee that day). The fee is reasonable & in line with other optometrists, when you are already getting an eyeglass exam. All made sense until 3 days later when I called to chk on my eyeglasses & make appt for contacts exam. I was told by reception it would cost $175 - $200 & doc was wrong when she told me $40! Not cool that they are closed on fridays. And now I am adding to my review. Not for nothing but I am a very patient person but dealing with these people is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. I just spent 28 mins on hold after numerous calls and speaking to the same girl at the call center because Lord knows you can not speak to anyone in person. This poor girl recognized my voice the 7 times I called and tried to speak to someone. Still don't have an answer because I still only spoken to the girl at the call center. Very unp... read more
