Do not go here. My mother was coming here and didn't get the right care and almost died. I urged her to change her Doctor and I took her to hospital and it turned out she needed a great deal of medical care from a cardiologist. I wonder why didn't Dr Koch advise her to get to a hospital or refer her to a cardiologist. My mom would have died if I didn't get her to a hospital. They ended up performing surgery on her and saved her life and now she's doing better. Dr Koch seems like a nice lady but perhaps this field is overwhel... read more

I had to walk out, I'd blindly chose this doctor just because it was the closest to my house I can't believe I didn't read the reviews first I walked out do not go here
My experience with Donna Koch has been troubling and unprofessional from the start. Initially, she prescribed me an antidepressant over the phone without a comprehensive evaluation. However, despite following her recommendations and consistently attending office visits, she eventually began denying my prescription refills. Most recently, after yet another visit, she abruptly referred me to a psychiatrist without further assistance, effectively ending my access to the medication I’ve been taking for months.
