My experience with Donna Koch has been troubling and unprofessional from the start. Initially, she prescribed me an antidepressant over the phone without a comprehensive evaluation. However, despite following her recommendations and consistently attending office visits, she eventually began denying my prescription refills. Absolutely disastrous. Not LGBT friendly at all. Also, strong religious signage throughout the building. Came for a physical, but all I got was a medical interview that pretty much ended once I told her I wanted testing done. No blood drawn. No follow through. I don't understand how she can call herself a doctor when she can't even follow standard procedure for a basic physical. I'd give negative stars if I could. Update: they lost my friend's blood work and entire file. HIPPA apparently doesn't mean a damn thing in that off... read more
