A real nightmare for the mental state I was in and how this lawyer took advantage of it. Let’s start with her syncopated to non-existent communication mode, especially during the most critical initial phase; the notification of the divorce to my husband (which occurred a whooping three months after the consent to proceed). I would give Crystal a 10 star if I could! She fights hard a d win our difficult case! I HIGHLY recommend her. I already recommended her to two others. One hired her and the other has not called yet but I am sure they will love her confidence and professionalism. My customer that hired her called me thanking me for sending them. They feel so much better about a custody case.
Chrystal is caring, smart and helpful. She is diligent and helps you to navigate through the complexities of the divorce process. I am grateful for her and how she was able to solve situations before things escalated to make the process amicable.
Incredibly poor communication over returning retainer fee. Multiple emails over a period of 2 months and 8 days with no response!
