I recently moved to town and was in the middle of sorting out my truck repairs with my insurance. I contacted Koch, and I couldn’t believe how smooth and hassle-free they made the process. I honestly don’t think it would have been this easy if I had gone through my own insurance bodyshop in Edmonton. Big thanks to Lori for the outstanding customer service!

Thank you so much!! I was traveling home on the highway and right before Calling Lake a big truck coming from the opposite direction shot a rock up into my drivers side window. It was terrifying and completely shattered all over me and my back seat. I am fine, just some small scaratches. I called Koch and they told me how to get to their Auto Shop.
