Bought 3 duct detector for a rooftop units and 1 of the detectors would not work correctly. We swapped it with a spare detectors and it worked fine. When we returned it to Kock Air, they would not take it back because they said it had been installed. There was no way to know it was defective without installing it. Instead of taking care of their customer they put it on their customer to make it a warranty claim and we have to go through the manufacturer.
