Good for contractors not so much diy. I had a need for a terminal connector but they were limited in supply and didn't know if it would necessarily work. All good though. Most people who would go here are tradies anyways. Home Depot had what I needed though
No good
Bad gas valve in new carrier rtu, forced to purchase a 2nd gas valve (expensive 3-4x more than a typical single stage valve) and start warranty process. The 2nd gas valve was also bad from factory, instead of swapping parts, they wanted us to buy a 3rd gas valve and warranty it out. 2nd valve hadnt even been installed, coil was OL like 1st valve.
Terrible. Carrier should be embarassed.
