The attachment for my power drop came off my roof. I never lost power, but the drop was hanging about 4 feet off the ground. Because of how my house is oriented on a hill there was some confusion between the electric company, city inspector, and Koby at first. In the end Koby installed a mast, which sounded terrifying, but it wasn't. An electrician came out to my place on a Friday to give an estimate on a job and stated he would be able to give a quote by Monday or Tuesday the next week. After waiting a week, I called to request the quote and spoke with a very friendly receptionist that seemed surprised it was not provided yet and that she would make sure the electrician sent one over as soon as possible. After two and a half weeks and two phone calls requesting the quote, I still have not received a estimate or any further communication from the electri... read more
