Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The team at Koby did a fantastic job of communicating with us and really worked hard to make the project clean and efficient.
Colby electric is very unethical and unprofessional company. They took advantage of my elderly father.. Their equipment is faulty, and they do not honor their warranty. Do not choose this company for your solar panels. They will use you and abuse you. Thank me for the warning later!
We replaced everything from the weather head down and also relocated it bringing everything up to today's code and upgraded to 200amp service. The crew that came out did an amazing job. They went above and beyond with the installation! I can't say enough.... I highly recommend them for any and all you electrical needs!
I’ve been trying to contact this company for warranty work on the solar panels they installed, but they have been unresponsive\. When I initially called, they immediately claimed they hadn’t installed my system—without even checking my name or customer records\. I had the contract in hand clearly showing that they did the installation\. What kind of company denies completing a job before taking a moment to verify whether the person calling is a customer? This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
