We needed an electrical line ran for a late season pool install. Koby came out the next business day, gave us a quote & finished the job that day. They worked with the city to make sure everything was up to code. They were friendly, affordable, professional, without any pressure. We would love to have them do additional projects down the road. We waited 2 hours past the appointment. They never came, we called twice and they said they would ask the repair man where he was and for him to call us. It never happened. I am really frustrated because we have stuff to do and theyre not being professional.
