We had our pool installed by Kobs Pools about two years ago. The experience was good during the sales and installation phase, but once the pool was completed, the customer service essentially stopped. At the time of installation, I pointed out that the grout between the tiles was not done properly. I emailed and texted photos. There was also paint splash left on my tile from the pebble finish process. I was repeatedly told we would be placed on the schedule to have these items corrected, but no one ever showed up. I would highly recommend Kobs Pools! They just finished building our new pool and it is beautiful! Chris was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Everything stayed right on schedule and was completed in the estimated timeframe. He also designed the most beautiful pool! I saw a pool installed by Kobs during a home search and was impressed. I have a pool but I was interested in reconstructing it. I have called and left my information with this company a total of five times. The receptionist always says the salesperson will get back to me or reach out. No one has reached out to me. I give up. I am now exploring other companies.
Kobs built our custom pool/hotub almost ten years ago. We have had zero issues the entire time. The quality is there, and if I ever have another pool built at another house we will 100% be calling this company. If you are shopping for a quality pool company, look no further. Kobs is the way to go!
Kobs Pools was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about the seamless process. From estimate to completion, I had zero issues! Not to mention it was less than 7 weeks from excavation to pool fill... with some rain delays! Chris was professional, honest, and timely with responses.
