web site is not working correctly when I purchased the order. called several times for help but not replying back with proper response. Say that shipping ground is free with purchase of $150 or more but it is giving misleading information.
BUYER BEWARE - Another strong 1 star review to add to the list. Shopped for an item that said "in stock and ready for shipment". I immediately got a confirmation email for the order after buying. 4 days later, I got an email saying "this order has been cancelled". Buyers Beware!!! This Company is NOT an authorized Occidental Leather Dealer nor do they have any product in stock to ship to you! They are also selling below our minimum advertised price point in which all of our Authorized Dealers adhere to.
I ordered 8 tubes of call on June 27, just got a confirmation 2 weeks later that it shipped. 2 weeks and tracking number no confirmation. Terrible vendor and worst customer service ever.
False advertising and poor customer support. BAIT & SWITCH!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!! Supplier advertised packs of 10 units, so 20 packs were ordered (200 units). What was received was only 2 packs (20 units). Supplier condescendingly denied responsibility, claiming it was OUR error. However, we sent them screenshots, confirming the incorrect advertisement. They have since revised the advertisement, but the supplier continues to deny responsibility.
