Roberto is a master at what he does here. He seems to know where everything is, how to load anything, use any machine, he's like the jack of all trades and has been super helpful everytime I've come here! We had a mysterious health issue with a few of the Siberian Pines our landscape contractor purchased from Kobe's. Ben very kindly came to the house to inspect the problem (borer) and to advise us how to treat it. Premium service. Highly recommend.
Poor communication skills. No call back. Over charged and when I called to resolve the matter just got the run around. If you do business with Ben make sure you get it writing.
