I bought a Kobe stove hood a few years ago, it's the best hood range I've ever used, on auto it turns on lights and fan, easy installation and it still looks new, high quality stainless steel, no polishing needed, the vent filters can be washed in dishwasher and easy to remove and re-install, they are also a local company to me in Southern California. I highly recommend this product.

Great place to shop a new rang hood. I had my Kobe Range Hood for more than 15 years. Still working strong, but I was shopping for a new one since they offer rebate program. Came to their location at Arcadia and was greeted with one of their employees! Such a great customer service! They were patiently listening to what I wanted and helping me to choose the right size of the hood. I will definitely come back when I remodel my kitchen next month.

Worst range hood ever! Extremely noisy and unsafe. See for yourself - open them up - messy wires everywhere. Oil gets on them. Fire hazard. The quiet function is louder than regular range hoods. Company of scammers. Stay away from this junk.

I recently needed to deep clean my kitchen. I could not figure out how to get the baffle filters off my Kobe range hood. In desperation I called a number I found online for Kobe. To my surprise I even landed a live person who told me to send her a photo of the hood in an email that she was going to provide me first. Within 15 minutes she called me right back and told me how to remove them on my vintage Kobe hood. I was dumbfounded by such prompt and helpful Customer Service! You don't find that much anymore. THANK YOU!
