Food was exceptional ... waiter could have been a little more friendly with our party of 6. We tipped 18% since it was not included in our bill. Would have been nice if she interacted with us a little more . However she didn’t leave us waiting for anything extra we ordered. She never forgot anything . But a smile or giggle wouldn’t have hurt :)
I have to say that I’ve been coming to Gallo’s for the last 20 years with my husband and this is the first time we’ve walked out. We came for dinner and was told it was a 45 minute wait... after 45 minutes we were told another 15. We still hadn’t been called when we finally decided to leave. Granted it is Valentine’s Day but we’ve never had to wait that long. I hope this isn’t going to be a regular occurrence since new management took over.
I loved it ..was first time there and was on hibachi side. .chef was very funny said to ask for refried beans which is his nickname...he made it worth coming in to try this place out...food was really really good!
Have been here 4 times so far and last night was the first time I was disappointed in our chef... All he did was cook didn't entertain at all... Food was great...
We went to Gallo’s yesterday and each of us had a very delicious meal. The restaurant was not too crowded and the service was fantastic. Our waiter was polite and very courteous. We left there feeling very satisfied about the food and the price..
First time going to a hibachi, and by far exceeded my expectations, from the food and to the wonderful service. Would highly recommend for everyone to go and try!
Service was great and I love the food. Fun place to go with a group of people.
