My husband ordered the habachi filet and asked for a side of noodles. We received no rice. He called and explained but was told if he gets noodles he doesn’t get rice. He went back and got some rice (I’m 8 months pregnant and just wanted rice). Then I open my salad to old lettuce and a singular cucumber. However- once we got the right food it was fantastic! The steak was cooked perfectly.
A great find on a long road trip. The duck mei fun had generous amounts of duck.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Kobe in Clayton. The service was far below what I would expect. Our server only stopped by our table three times during the entire meal: once to take our drink order, once to take our food order, and once to drop off the check. He was not very personable, helpful, or attentive, and we felt completely forgotten throughout our visit. One thing that really frustrated me was their policy on kids' meals. They refuse to allow anyone over 10 years old to order from the kids' menu. ... read more
I ordered hibachi at the bar and the food was outstanding. The service was pretty good. The restaurant good use some updating but I was there for the food and it was great.
