Food is always delicious and staff always friendly
As a customer of 6+ years I feel very much betrayed for my loyalty to this establishment. After excusing numerous instances of growing pains through the changing of staff over the years, and locations, as well as recommending/defending the establishment to friends, only to be argumentively dismissed by management when for the first time I reject the order I've ordered every time I've ate at the establishment for the last 6+ years (sometimes 2x a week for months) because it was wrong.
