Called this morning for a leaking vacuum breaker cap on our outdoor faucet at our shop. Showed up before noon and fixed it in minutes.
I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with Kobau’s service. Declan answered all my phone calls and questions. He provided an estimate quickly, went out of his way to stop by to confirm the needs of the job. He showed up early for the scheduled appointment, was friendly, respectful, and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would! The team is amazing - previously they have changed my hot water tank, come within an hour to fix a horrific sewer issue, and came yesterday to repair a broken main water valve. I never feel like I am ignored for a small job - they always show up, everyone is friendly and kind, and the job is completed quickly. I highly recommend them!
I just loved dealing with this company, from the helpful and knowledgeable receptionist, to the owner. Professional, excellent communication, innovative payment options, and good old fashioned customer service. Well done!
