Koback's Garage was quick, communicative, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. I recommend their service! After I had engine trouble and a misfire while visiting a friend in Auburn, Josh and team were able to see my car on Friday afternoon and give me an engine tune-up getting me back on the road by Saturday. I'm very grateful for their quick turnaround and assistance that let me get home on time. This is a great garage!
This has been the worst experience I have had with an auto body shop and it’s my 3rd one. My car was towed their December 11th they told me it would take 3-4 AFTER they did the full inspection of damages. so I was expecting it some time early January. Here I am March 6th and the job still isn’t done. They worked on my passenger side door and unplugged my door latch and told me it was broken an needed to be replaced when I told them I work on doors and would take a look at it myself they seemed almost panicked like they new t... read more
