I am now on my 3rd round of lasering which I’ve had to pay thousands of dollars for, to fix the giant fcuck up they did to my eyebrows over 2 years ago followed by them ghosting me. Biggest mistake I ever made ! Plus terrible customer service.
I've been going to KOB since 2019. Every time I get my brows done, they always look amazing and they truly last. I hadn't had my brows done in a year and a half almost two years and they still looked good. These ladies have personality and know what they are doing.
If I could give 0 stars I would. These women are unprofessional and ghetto. Took my deposit and will not respond to me to book a new appointment.
Be advised. My review is based on customer service only. I have not had any services don't. I scheduled a microblading/shading appointment. I was charged the remaining full appointment amount a week before the appointment and naturally called to inquire. The young lady explained they settle clients a week out as a practice and it's on their website. She sent me screenshots. I missed that and understood.
