Katelyn and the whole team at KOB were fantastic. Katelyn knew her stuff was organized and took time with me so I could get the exact kitchen that I wanted. I have already recommended Katelyn and KOB to several people because I know KON is the place to come to get a great kitchen design and the materials at a cost that is reasonable.
We worked with Katelyn for our new build. Although we didn't end up going with KOB for various reasons (one is that we decided to have our cabinets custom made), Katelyn was extremely helpful. She is knowledgeable, honest and consistently looks out of the customer. She gave us great advice. She was very gracious and understanding when we decided to go a different route. If this weren't a new build with some custom requirements, we would have absolutely chosen KOB.
We found KOB to be very helpful and professional during the design process. That changed after we gave them our money. There were many issues (two misrepresentative renderings that cost us additional labor, weeks without updates or any timelines given, a product that was shipped incorrectly twice and an unwillingness by KOB to proactively address the issue until we threatened a negative review). We bought our cabinets through KOB in Vermont, 802 was the contracted company. We paid a lot of money to have our cabinets painted. When they were delivered, I immediately contacted KOB and in turn 802 to report the grossly negligent and unacceptable quality of my paint job and supplied many photos. I was told the incorrect color and below quality paint job was industry standard and they declined to correct or even work at all to remedy my horrendous cabinets.
