Loved working with Brianna. She was super patient with us as we were figuring out when we wanted to do the countertop replacement. We ended up going with quartz and couldn’t be happier. She was so easy to work with and even took a lot of my questions. Her communication was top-notch and if I didn’t understand something, she clarified so that I had a really great experience the whole way. Highly recommend!
We worked with Katelyn on our new kitchen and it came out just as we hoped and couldn't be happier! Katelyn was very knowledgeable and helpful (she has good taste too) The price was affordable and way under other competitors! The quality is great as well! We would highly recommend KOB!

I worked with Caitlin, my experience was subpar - she had improperly drafted the plans for my kitchen and didn’t have a full list of parts I needed to verify from when pieces were delivered. The counter installers made a giant mess and 3 of my “hardwood” drawers have already failed after 2.5 years - the dovetails are barely dovetailed and are held together with the thinnest pins. For the price I paid this is embarrassing.
Brianna and Simon, and everyone in the KOB Shelburne office, were so helpful and generous with their time and energies all along the way. They helped us consider cabinet layouts, order our counter, and identify cabinet hardware through multiple sample requests. Their great showroom helped us see ideas in real time. We really appreciated having such a friendly, supportive place to help us navigate this big project.
