I recently purchased a vehicle from KOB,and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The sales team was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me into making a decision. [Salesperson’s Name] took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect car within my budget.
I would stay away from these guys. Just bought a truck from them yesterday and it’s already throwing 3 lights on the dash and there were some issues I was not informed about before the time of the sale (broken rear window and headlights don’t work properly). Not sure where they get their vehicles from but they should leave them there. I bought from them over marketplace, they never mentioned they were a dealership. Otherwise I would’ve looked them up and listened to all the other negative reviews
Bought a car in August 24. Aug 25 inspection stickers so it shoulda passed, right? Car broke down Feb 25, 6 months after purchase. As per mechanic: "worst case of frame rot they have ever seen in a car only 10 years old".
Run far from here, they also sell on marketplace thru "Moe Fathi" . Cartoonish levels of scamming going on here. Cleared codes before the test drive, faked timing belt paperwork and didn't realize the the car had coolant and misfire issues. Drove it a day after buying and the car lit up like a Christmas tree and then overheated. Now I'm in for a head gasket and catalytic converters. Tried reaching out to them but of course now I'm blocked on Facebook and they won't pick up calls or texts. Karma will get em.
