Being a doctor myself, I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Koay's attitude. She doesn't believe in breast exams! That is, unless you tell her you have a problem. That is her basic philosophy, a philosophy that's based on what she calls "evidenced based medicine." Sadly, she's very condescending and really seem to hear anyone else's concerns as a result of her own bias.
