Had a redarc tow Pro, 12 pin and Anderson plug fitted here, plus fixed a couple issues with an aftermarket head unit (reverse cam, steering wheel controls). Excellent job, did exactly what I wanted them to do and it all works. Great service it's no wonder they're so busy.
Really happy with how Jason and staff looked after me very well with a recent cruise control install on my 79 Series LandCruiser. This included tackling a follow-up issue caused by one of their suppliers making an error with some parts - which Koan admirably took on the responsibility of resolving, to their genuine credit. Thoroughly recommended!

Been trying to find someone who knew how to connect a lightbar to a 2022 Toyota corolla, no auto electrician or Toyota dealer would do the job, saying it was impossible,found Koan solutions who had no trouble, first class service , travelled from victor harbor to Hendon, they were professional and very prompt, the dealers should avail themselves of the knowledge that it can be done instead of fobbing customers off and passing on the Koan solutions contact.
