The staff at Koan Solutions are amazing. They persevered with a difficult wiring problem I had with a vehicle to a successful outcome, showing a high level of perseverance, patience, professional competence and customer service. I highly recommend Koan Solutions to everybody.
Had a redarc tow Pro, 12 pin and Anderson plug fitted here, plus fixed a couple issues with an aftermarket head unit (reverse cam, steering wheel controls). Excellent job, did exactly what I wanted them to do and it all works. Great service it's no wonder they're so busy.
Really happy with how Jason and staff looked after me very well with a recent cruise control install on my 79 Series LandCruiser. This included tackling a follow-up issue caused by one of their suppliers making an error with some parts - which Koan admirably took on the responsibility of resolving, to their genuine credit. Thoroughly recommended!
