Firstly, the facility is so beautiful, warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk. Saadia was very flexible with me being a newby to lashes. I felt very comfortable and confident in the process. She discussed my options, talked me through every step. I absolutely love my look. I also feel great knowing I can take time to get used to the maintenance and we can adjust at the next session to try more if I want.
I will never go to another lash expert in my life. Saadia is by far the best and I had been to many before her!!!
One of my favorite relaxing places. Atmosphere is peaceful, customer service is excellent!! I love KOALD! She's the best!
