Great service and customer service. Facial was extremely relaxing.
I got a body scrub done and I’m not gonna lie, it was a little awkward at first because, well… someone is scrubbing your whole body 😂 But the lady who did mine was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. She kept checking to make sure I was warm enough and that the temperature was good throughout the whole process. They had relaxing music playing, and once I got comfortable, it was honestly so relaxing. At the end, they gave me water and chocolates, which was a nice little touch. Firstly, the facility is so beautiful, warm and welcoming. I was greeted at the front desk. Saadia was very flexible with me being a newby to lashes. I felt very comfortable and confident in the process. She discussed my options, talked me through every step. I absolutely love my look. I also feel great knowing I can take time to get used to the maintenance and we can adjust at the next session to try more if I want.
I will never go to another lash expert in my life. Saadia is by far the best and I had been to many before her!!!
