As a fellow electrician,I recommended Koality. Does not return calls after the 3 jobs (total value around $ 100000.00) were not completed. No arrangement was made by Toby to change meters, he also lied about existing metering at 2 of those jobs. Draw your own conclusion. I regret that I recommended this business
