Our daughter has been at Koala Kidz since she was a toddler, and it’s been amazing to see her grow into a confident kindergartener. Yesterday, for my daughter’s graduation celebration, my husband even offered the kindergarten manager to cover the cost of the gift himself. Not only did they not give her a gift, but they didn’t even take a photo with her. Taking a photo wouldn’t have cost them anything. Today at the daycare, they held a graduation ceremony for the children. Since my daughter was only enrolled for the summer, she was excluded—she did not receive a gift, nor was she included in the photos. She has been crying all night, believing that she did something wrong to be left out of the celebration. My kids and their friends are super happee!! Love this place and the effort that the staff took to make everything perfect. The place is all refreshed, super lean and well managed. It seems there is a change in management and the new team is all out to make it a happeinng place for the kids. Highly recommended. Go n check out if you have any doubts basis old reviews.
