I don't usually leave reviews but this company's customer service is unmatched. I got a new phone and lost my login information, and of course, didn't realize it until I was pulled up and in line. One worker was outside tending cars and told me that if I couldn't figure it out he'd let me through so I could go home and sort the issue. That was my first green flag. Was in search of a great wash without the constant swirl marks and overall harsh treatment. Drove by everyday on way home and decided to finally try, didn’t really think it could get as clean as a brush wash. Boy was I wrong it took a little to get use to wasn’t quite sure what I was doing but how easy it was. Reached out to owners and couldn’t believe how responsive and answered all my questions and no pressure and never put down other wash locations , what a great experience. Finally, a good membership-based touch free wash in West Omaha. Tired of my paint getting swirl marks. This wash cleans the car very well. Love it!
