We had Koala Solar install the previous 6.6Kw system 6 years ago and they did a neat job + never had any issue with that. They were the obvious choice for the new 18Kw solar and 48Kw battery system and once again they did a professional job and left the workspace spotless. I recommend them to anyone looking to install a new solar & battery system.
Koala Solar just installed a Franklin WH 13.6 kw battery to add to the system they had installed 6 years earlier. They arrived on time were very professional and efficient. Talked me through the process and discussed how it would integrate with my current system. Installed the app on my phone and showed me its capabilities. Had a test run to show me the power back up feature and warned me about not overloading the system to prolong the back up time. Cleared away all the packaging and left everything tidy. Koala solar installed my solar panels and inverter back around 2018 after being recommended by a fanily member. The Koala team recently installed a battery in mid 2025 to fit to my existing system. The install was great from Stuart and Callum who were knowledgeable and professional. The office and accounts team are also very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Koala solar.
