We have just had a Sigenery Inverter and battery system installed by Koala Solar and we can't be happier. From the very onset they provided excellent service at the best competitive price. Very happy with Koala Solar, I would recommend them to family and friends. I got 8.36 kW of JA DeepBlue panels and a 16.12kWh Sigenergy battery. Quote, install and customer support have been painless and very responsive. Install was efficient and they left the site clean and tidy.
The whole process was very smooth — from quoting and booking the installation to the actual work on the day. Pricing was good, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended. Pawel
Overall I was very happy with my Koala solar panel and battery install. The pricing was competitive and they were very easy to communicate with. The only issue on the install was one of the installers accidentally put his foot through the roof on an outside awning, but Koala had submitted an insurance claim by the end of the install day - and hopefully it gets rectified soon.
