Excellent & professional service from sign up to install, well done Koala team. They had an extremely quick turnaround too, with other providers quoting 6 months, they installed in just under 2 months from order.
I had extra solar panels, Sigenergy battery and EV AC charger installed by Koala Solar, and am very happy with their product and service. Communication was quick and clear, they arrived on time and completed a thorough job. The day after install I noticed an issue with my aircon and hot water system after the team needed to do significant upgrades and work in the switchboard. I had solar panels, battery and EV charger installed in late April. My experience is that Koala Solar are knowledagble, honest, have top quality products and workmanship. Highly recommend.
Great experience with them! Installation was smooth and when then there was a Synergy issue a few months later they did great at following up and keeping us updated and were able to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.
