Google maps listing needs to clarify that this is not a showroom. Opening hours suggest that this location is open to the public. It is not. There is a showroom nearby but it is simply a collection of pillows with a floor area about the size of single car garage. You can't view the products. Thank you for wasting my time.

Koala GEN two Pillow Is absolutely shocking . I’ve had a sore neck for over a week . Can’t do another night with this overrated pillow. I never sore while I sleep but with this pillow I did , its just too high forcing pressure on my neck blocking my airways Below 1 star for me

My husband and I have had the koala mattress for almost 9 years The customer service has to be the best I’ve ever received. They’re kind, quick and resolve any issues you may have quickly and organised. The bed frames (we have had two) have pros and cons, they’re super easy to build, no tools are required. One was super noisy just to get in and out of bed but our second isn’t as bad in the squeaking department.
