Beware - Extortion Alert. Worst service I have ever encountered, which is now forcing me to take legal action against Koala Living. I bought a set of sofas from Koala Living (form their Slacks Creek store) on the 4th of November 2023. I paid the full amount upfront and was told that the items are expected to be delivered within six weeks. Despite delays and waiting for a few extra weeks, the sofas were delivered on 3rd January 2024 - without the legs of the sofas. I paid for the delivery and assembly.
