Beautiful internal furnitures with nice customer services.
The worst customer service i ever experienced! we are getting a bedroom for 6000$ and the way she’s treating us is really bad . the lady inside needs to be fired!
Alina was wonderful in assisting with what decoratives could go with the different furniture we were buying. As well as allowing us time to choose the best colours for our living area. I hope the quality of the furniture and other decorative are as fantastic as the quality of service.
Worst customer service, the staff doesn't smile, very miserable and rude, you can wait up too 30mins or more to even get served by a staff member, and when you do they are always looking very frustrated and angry. Ordered a lounge suite and other items from Koala furniture recently, its unfortunate that you have to contact their customer service over the phone and not at the branch to get a delivery on eta on your goods,for them too tell you that their was a computer glitch on the system and that the delivery date was delete... read more
The store manager at this place needs to undergo some serious training on customer service, and how to treat all customers equally regardless of their backgrounds. The staff turn over in this place speaks for itself. Shame on you LL for thinking you have the right to be rude to customers that keep you in your job.
